Ogio Made The Bag That Worked For My Golf Clubs

When I began golfing, any bag would do to hold my clubs. Simply because I was using a lot of hand me downs and cheap clubs I found second hand. As my game improved, I started to collect more newer clubs that were worth showing off to fellow golfers. Since I cared for these clubs, I wanted to purchase a new bag with the main features of fitting all my clubs and being easy to carry while walking on the course. Two options stood out for me when I was seeing what was available. The first one was the Ogio golf bags, and the second were the Callaway Golf Bags..

The clubs you would find in my old bag were mainly Callaway clubs, including the Callaway Big Bertha Driver. The Callaway clubs are recommended through online sites, and they are available to try at the Golf Town store in my city, hence the reason I had so many of them. I did have a mix of others from Ping, Taylormade and a few from Nike. I also kept my putter from Wilson, as I didn’t think a better putter was needed. So I wanted to make sure there was areas to place my keys, phone and wallet and that all my clubs fit.

A lot of different styles were found in the ogio bags I looked at, including one with a nice eight piece divider within it. As I have a mix of hybrid golf clubs and regular clubs, this would be an easy way to seperate them for easy identification. The colors from Ogio was what made me select them in the end, althoguh Callaway also had great bags to choose from. Colors ranged from regular black or red, to various plaid based color mixes. I gave it a try after i bought the bag to see if it met my qualifications of comfort and good fitment. It felt great on the course and all of my clubs fit perfectly without being cluttered. It was very easy to keep things organized and enjoy what I wanted to do – play golf. I was able to find the bag i liked, even though many others probably would have been ok too. Weight was a concern for me, but it may not be for those who are always driving a cart around. In the case that I start driving around in a cart, I can always upgrade to a sturdier bag if needed.
