    How Healthy Is Playing Golf?

    Many people seem to have the assumption that playing golf is not good for you. There are a fair number of people out there that feel that golfers are pretty lazy on the whole, they also feel the standing position is not good for them.

    This is all a load of old rubbish. Most golfers will never actually sit in a golf buggy for an entire round of golf and if they do the chances are they are really not that interested in the sport at all because a lot of the golfers that I know really hate it when people drive golf buggies around for the entire 18 holes. Many of the golfers feel that golf trolleys is the answer to this and think that having an automatic golf trolley is better than sitting in a cart the entire time.

    As for the position not being very good for you, this is really complete and utter nonsense and this is simply because a good golfer will know what is good and bad for the back. The sport is not designed to be bad to play in fact is can be good for the back when players are actually in the right positions.

    Exercise is key nowadays to any sport and golf is a sport where the players get a lot of exercise. Walking an entire 18 holes worth of golf is going to do you a world of good and this is even more so if the sun is out as you are sweating more.

    So the best thing to do is throw away those carts and get leisure batteries installed into your golf trolley. Of course you have to understand the players using mobility scooter batteries for their carts as they may actually need to sit down most of the time.
